Integrative Full Body Massage

This is what you may think of as a classic massage — except it isn't.
It is skilled, intentional bodywork, not a preset routine. Drawing from a background in athletic training, sports medicine, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, cupping, stretching, and mobilization, I build each session around what your body needs on that particular day.
All therapeutic tools — including cupping, myofascial tools, percussion, hot/cold therapy, and topical agents such as CBD cream — are incorporated as needed at no additional charge.
Focused Neck, Head and Face

Halo is a dedicated head, neck, and face treatment combining therapeutic facial massage and manual lymphatic drainage. Together these techniques can soften tension held in the jaw and temples, and support the kind of radiance that comes from within.
This is not a facial. You won't find serums, extractions, or clinical skincare treatments here — just skilled hands and tools chosen specifically to support your body's own capacity to restore.
A note on buccal therapy: this deeply restorative intraoral technique will be available as part of Halo in the near future. I am completing my training and will offer it only when I feel fully ready to serve you well. Watch this space!
All therapeutic tools — including specialized lymphatic brushes, facial cups, gua sha, and red light therapy — are incorporated as appropriate at no additional charge.
The 45-minute session includes therapeutic facial massage and lymphatic drainage. Buccal intraoral work will be available exclusively with the 60-minute Halo session.
Full Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is one of the most underutilized and misunderstood modalities in therapeutic bodywork — and one of the most profound.
I am certified in MLD using the Vodder method, the gold standard in lymphatic therapy. This session employs gentle, precise, rhythmic movements to encourage lymphatic flow throughout the entire body, including the neck, head and face. The pressure is intentionally light — much of the lymphatic system lives just beneath and embedded in the skin, and it responds to subtlety, not force. First-time clients are often surprised by how deeply restorative such gentle work can be.
The session encourages healthy lymphatic flow throughout, reduces edema, and settles the nervous system into a state of deep parasympathetic rest. It is slow, intentional work — not because it lacks power, but because that slowness is the power.
This session is appropriate for a wide range of clients — those managing lymphedema or post-surgical edema, those navigating cancer treatment or survivorship, those with chronic tension or nervous system dysregulation, and those who simply want to give their body the gift of deep internal rest.
Please note: this session includes lymphatic drainage to the neck, head and face as part of a complete Vodder sequence. It does not include dedicated therapeutic facial massage or buccal therapy — those are available separately as Halo, or as part of the comprehensive Solstice immersion experience, coming soon!
Longer sessions allow for a more thorough and complete lymphatic sequence. 90 minutes or more is recommended for a full body protocol, though meaningful work is absolutely possible in 75 minutes. For established clients, 45 and 60 minute sessions may be considered for specific needs such as post-operative recovery.
Mild and well-controlled lymphedema is welcome here. Clients requiring more intensive lymphedema management or Complete Decongestive Therapy will be referred to a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) — because getting you the right level of care matters more than keeping you on my table.
Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

Pregnancy and the postpartum period ask everything of a body. Haven is a dedicated space of rest, relief, and renewal for mothers at every stage of that journey.
Grounded in safe, evidence-informed technique and delivered with the clinical understanding of a nurse who cares for new mothers and their babies, Haven is bodywork that truly understands where you are.
Prenatal sessions address the particular demands of a changing body — shifting weight, aching hips, swollen legs, an overworked nervous system — with positioning and techniques adapted for your comfort and safety in every trimester. Postpartum sessions turn the care back toward you, supporting recovery, easing the tension that comes with feeding and carrying a newborn, and offering something every new mother deserves and rarely receives: time that is entirely her own.
Haven is offered at standard session rates. Proper prenatal bolstering and positioning are provided. Postpartum clients recovering from a cesarean section may not begin massage until at least 6 weeks postpartum and only with provider approval.
